Cruisewatch develops a voicebot for consulting support of travel agencies and call centers

The goal of the joint project is to develop an acoustic dialog system in order to implement the possibilities of artificial intelligence for human-computer communication in advisory activities in the everyday life of a call center or travel agency and to make it usable as a practical application. In the process, the conversations are automatically analyzed afterwards and supplemented with a sentiment analysis as well as semantically appropriate assistance is offered during the conversation.

The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the state of Lower Saxony.
