Cruisewatch develops a voicebot for consulting support of travel agencies and call centers
The goal of the joint project is to develop an acoustic dialog system in order to implement the possibilities of artificial intelligence for human-computer communication in advisory activities in the everyday life of a call center or travel agency and to make it usable as a practical application. In the process, the conversations are automatically analyzed afterwards and supplemented with a sentiment analysis as well as semantically appropriate assistance is offered during the conversation.

Ziel des Verbundprojektes ist die Entwicklung eines akustischen Dialogsystems, um die Möglichkeiten der Künstlichen Intelligenz für Mensch-Rechner-Kommunikation bei beraterischen Tätigkeiten im Alltag eines Call Centers oder Reisebüros umzusetzen und als praktisch erfahrbare Anwendung nutzbar zu machen. Dabei werden die Gespräche sowohl im Nachhinein automatisch analysiert und mit einer Sentiment-Analyse ergänzt als auch semantisch passende Hilfestellung während des Gespräches angeboten.
